Zivid Wins Red Dot Design Award with Zivid 2+ R-Series

The Zivid 2+ R-Series 3D camera has been honored with the Red Dot Award 2025 for Product Design in the category Industrial Equipment, Machinery and Automation — a prestigious recognition of outstanding design quality.

The Red Dot Award is one of the world’s most renowned design competitions, evaluated by an independent jury of international experts. Their official statement reads:

“The Zivid 2+ R-series combines advanced functionality with a compact design. Its lightweight magnesium housing convinces with its precise craftsmanship.”

The R-series was designed to meet the needs of real-world robot cells: compact enough to fit tight spaces, rugged enough for the factory floor, and engineered for optimal thermal, optical, and mechanical performance.
