3D vision and machine tending

Written by Øyvind Borgan | 2019-09-18

The metal-working industry is coming to Hannover during the EMO trade fair, with visitors representing all areas of manufacturing technology. If you are interested in aerospace, vehicle construction, plant optimization, precision machinery, and metal processing, you'll be able to find something interesting this week.

Robsen Robotics specializes in modular and configurable solutions for the metal manufacturing industry. Robsen supplies turnkey engineering facilities like design, programming, automation, installation and commissioning, project management, training and support.

At their booth, they are displaying a new vertical machining center and machine tending based on the iRoCube Plus F10.

Their new iRoCube handles a wide variety of products. Using Zivid 3D vision, the cube eliminates the needs for hundreds of fixtures or product-specific designs. Paired with an industrial robot, the typical system installation is less than a day.

If you're in Hannover, you can see the iRoCube and Zivid One+ in action in Hall 27, Stand B82.
